The T-45 power armor is located next to a crashed vertibird on the Museum of Freedom roof during the quest, When Freedom Calls.

Another set (torso, right and left leg) can be found in a train car between Drumlin Diner and the Corvega assembly plant, behind a door that can be accessed with a terminal (Advanced).

Another set (torso, right and left leg and arm) cam be found in Mass Bay medical center in the mass bay radiology room. There is an extremely powerful synth on the lobby floor.

There is a set missing one arm and the helmet in the lake directly adjacent to Covenant (to the West). The armor is underwater, next to a crashed vertibird on the northern tip of the lake. The vertibird is also mostly submerged, though the tail is visible from land.

There is a set (torso and right arm) to the east of the USAF Radar, which is east of sanctuary.
