Fallout 4 Walden Pond

Fallout 4 Walden Pond
The Walden Pond is a location in the Commonwealth in Fallout 4.
The pond itself is small and highly irradiated (+10), with an island in the middle without obvious significance which smokes mysteriously. Up on the hill to the west, there is an automated tour box in front of a cabin that was home to Henry David Thoreau. Beyond this is a gift shop - a much larger building, which is booby-trapped with a few makeshift bombs and one of those monkeys with the clapping cymbals. Stuck to the wall by a knife is a "Note to Tweez". The note reads as follows:

Tweez, If you are reading this, then you're an idiot. this is the last time I tell you, we're locking this door. Use the entrance in the sewer pipe. Next time you forget, I'm locking your ass out permanently.

— Walter
To the east is a makeshift raider tower, also unmarked.
Tales of a Junktown Jerky Vendor in the first room from the sewer pipe entrance, on a barrel next to a glowing lantern.
Big Jim located in the room from the gift shop, on a table by a red toolbox.
Overdue book located under the cash registers in the gift shop
The Walden Pond only appears in Fallout 4.
