The area known as Hubris Comics is a building ruin Location in the central area of The Commonwealth. It is located to the East of Trinity Plaza, and West of the Swan's Pond. The building is several stories high featuring a film studio on the top floor for the Silver Shroud TV series.

It can be easy to miss the Grognak the Barbarian Axe as you enter the building. The Axe can be found just to the left upon entering, stored safely in a display case.



There's also a signed Silver Shroud Photo in one of the display cases in the 1st room to the right as you exit the stairs to enter the first floor. It's also easy to miss.
