The Rook family house is a location in the Commonwealth in Fallout 4.



Notable loot:

• Guns and Bullets issue #2 (+5% ballistic weapon critical damage) - In the basement on a desk against the south wall.

• Reba II - In the basement on a workbench behind a locked door (requires Barney's key).



The Rook family house only appears in Fallout 4.



After talking to Barney Rook and accepting the sidequest, Barney may immediately open the door to the room with Reba II allowing the player to take the weapon without having first activated the turrets. If you kill or pickpocket Barney you can get his gun which is called Reba, a scoped .308 hunting rifle.
