Fallout 4 Old Gullet Sinkhole Legendary Deathclaw

Fallout 4 Old Gullet sinkhole Legendary Deathclaw

The Old Gullet sinkhole is a location in the Commonwealth in Fallout 4.

Layout

The Old Gullet sinkhole is a large crater in a former neighborhood that, as the name suggests, has begun to swallow up the surrounding buildings, many of which have collapsed in. At the bottom is a Deathclaw. There is a river flowing down, and then into the sinkhole. This is the only entrance to the lower cavern. By jumping in, the Sole Survivor is transported to a cavern below that contains the corpse of a Brahmin and three dead raiders (one is partially obscured underneath the falling water). There's a fair number of radroaches. The only exit will take the Sole Survivor past a small pack of feral ghouls.

Exiting via this path will lead the player character to the interior of a house just west of the sinkhole. The house that the player character exits through has a red door that is barred with chains from the inside, and is only accessible through the sinkhole.

Notable loot

Wasteland Survival Guide down in the cavern next to the cooking station.

Sleepwalking note in the chem cooler to the right of the bed, top floor in the house where the player character exits the Sinkhole.

Grandpa Savoldi's hat during the miscellaneous quest Fallen Hero. It is next to the skeleton by the cooking station.

Notes

It is possible to gain access to the house without going through the sinkhole. By going around the back of the house, you can look through an open window and sit on the red couch. When you stand back up, you will be inside the house. This also provides another entrance to the sinkhole.

Appearances

The Old Gullet sinkhole only appears in Fallout 4.
